" Our Lock-down Story "
Much before the world slowly froze under the damage caused by the Coronavirus, we were toying with an idea to start up our own little venture so we were trying to figure out what we could do with our limited resources and time. I say limited time because as parents to 4 little kids, they are our first responsibility and everything else has to wait! While we were brainstorming we focussed on what we would like to create to address a predicament we faced as parents of multiple kids. Clothes! Clothes! CLOTHES!! That’s what we kept circling back to because it’s a major expense and we knew that it wasn’t right to spend crazy amounts of money on clothes especially when you know the kids grow out of it so quickly but on the other hand if you want to look for more affordable options then you have to choose from mass produced, low quality stuff and sadly that is the only option you’re left with.
So we decided to explore this idea and see if we could create our own line of t-shirts that had cool, fun, trendy, quirky designs that appealed to kids and parents alike. We hunted for the best quality of cotton fabric that was soft and smooth and kid approved! Our 4 in house experts will vouch for the comfort factor! Then of course we wanted multiple colour options - because what’s life without a little colour ?!! We got our plain t-shirts locally made , invested in a top of the line printer and curated an incredibly fun, colourful and attractive collection of designs and after months of exhausting research and planning - 6sprinkles was born!! This is how our journey began in March 2020 and we’ve been working hard ever since to keep delivering our best and creating more cool products to cater to our wonderful customers!
